Bonded by the love of everything punk rock, good beer and cute puppies, Lilac Daze was formed by 3 best friends in late 2012. Evan, Patti and Matt all have a wide variety of musical influences and all contribute songs to combine one unified sound; Taking cues from classic 90s punk like Nirvana and Weezer and blending it with modern influences a’ la Wavves and Waxahatchee. Some songs are loud and angry, others soft and withdrawn, providing the perfect soundtrack if you’re on a bike ride on a beautiful sunny day or if you’re trapped inside from the rain, fighting off a bad hangover.
